（中央社記者劉建邦台北7日電）台北市長柯文哲今天表示，台北城市博物館計畫因費用太高、時程太長，不易執行，會依合理過程執行政策，至於是否賠新台幣1億元解約金，柯文哲說，不會。
柯文哲上午出席「台北市105年度重陽節系列活動-銀髮才藝比賽分區冠軍揭曉記者會」，會後被問及「台北城市博物館聚落」，業者聲請仲裁盼彌補損失，北市府可能會面臨上億元賠償金。
柯文哲說，因計畫費用太高，時程也太長，所以不容易且無法繼續執行，有些政策還是會依照合理過程，至於是否賠上1億元解約金，他表示，「不會啦，哪有可能」。
至於取消重陽敬老金，民眾是否仍不滿，柯文哲說，民眾還是不高興，「若從口袋被拿走1500元，誰會高興」，但對政府來講，該做還是要做，「有些事不做，4年後更麻煩」，至於錢要用在該用的地方，「不好意思批評有些縣市，直接把錢花一花，但連照護網和架構都沒建立，所以會造成以後的問題」。1051007
